Men's Basketball Falls To Division I Davidson In Exhibition

DAVIDSON, N.C. – William Peace fell to Division I Davidson 88-47 in a men's basketball exhibition game for the Pacers at Belk Arena on Monday.

Tyler Whitehurst came off the bench to lead the Pacers with 14 points on 5 of 10 shooting from the floor. Michael Dulin added 11 points and reserve Dylan McBride finished with eight points for William Peace, which scored 27 bench points. Elijah Green led the Pacers with four assists and five rebounds.

The Pacers open the regular season next weekend in the Frankie Allen Tip-Off Tournament in Roanoke, Va. They face Saint Vincent on Friday, Nov. 15, at 8 p.m. with the winner taking on either Springfield or Roanoke on Saturday, Nov. 16.
