MISENHEIMER, N.C. – The William Peace cross country program had two runners compete Friday evening at the Pfeiffer University Invitational.

Sophomore Sophie Peterson represented the women's side, finishing the 5K course in 29:20 to place 67th overall.

On the men's side, freshman Benjamin Castro Locklear completed the 8K in 33:47, placing 72nd in the field.

The Pacers will return to competition on Octobe 3rd as they head to Louisburg for their invitational.
