Pacers Fall In Final Non-Conference Baseball Game of the Season

HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. – William Peace fell 12-2 to Hampden-Sydney on Thursday in the final non-conference baseball game of the season for the Pacers.

Hernan Ruedas launched a solo home run over the left field wall in the second inning and Cole Thompson scored Will Thistle on a single in the third inning for William Peace.

The Pacers will end the regular season with a key three-game series at home against Pfeiffer this weekend. A spot in the USA South Conference Tournament is likely at stake.

A doubleheader is scheduled for Saturday at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. starting at 3 p.m.
