BREVARD, NC -- William Peace University Men's and Women's Track & Field competed at the USA South Conference Championship, hosted by Brevard College, where they picked up several top finishes and USA South All-Conference Accolades.

Myla Barnes was named USA South First Team All-Conference in the women's discus as she finished in the top spot. Barnes also earned a Second Team All-Conference honor in women's shot put. Mason Coon finished with a Second Team All-Conference accolade in the men's pole vault, while the 4x400 relay consisting of Sharif Blount, Miles Scott, Sean Todd, and Isaiah Costner, was also named Second Team All-Conference as it broke the school record. Majesty Smith earned Third Team All-Conference in the women's hammer. Finally, Sharif Blount and Majesty Smith were each named USA South All-Sportsmanship. Blount also set a new school record in the men's 400m, finishing 4th overall.
