MISENHEIMER, NC -- William Peace University baseball fell 3-0 in a series with Pfeiffer, falling 7-3 in game two and 7-4 in game three.

KEY POINTS
Game One
- The Pacers would get on the board at the top of the first on an error to lead 1-0 as Cameron Barefoot would make it home. The Falcons would tie it 1-1 in the bottom of the inning on a single.
- A homerun from Hunter Ward in the 4th would put WPU up 2-1, while a homerun Sean Roseborough in the same inning would bring it to 3-1.
- In the 5th, two doubles and a homerun for Pfeiffer would give them a 6-3 lead, before they would add another in the 6th on a sacrifice fly to win 7-3.
Game Two
- The Falcons would take a 3-0 lead in the 3rd on a sacrifice fly and a few fielding errors. They would increase their lead to 5-0 on another error and a groundout in the 4th.
- At the top of the 5th, a single from Hunter Ward would score Brett Kemp for a 5-1 game. An error in the field would allow Ward to score for a 5-2 score, while a single from Griffin Sandstrum would bring home Nick Tyler to cut the Falcons' lead to 5-3.
- The Pacers would rally further at the top of the 7th as Kemp would score on a wild pitch to cut the score to 5-4. However, the Falcons would take a 7-4 lead in the bottom of the 7th on a single, and would hold that score for the remainder of the game.
