RALEIGH -- The William Peace University baseball team will take on Virginia State University on Tuesday in a 2 p.m. game. The Pacers sit at 3-3 after losing the series against Guilford 1-2 this past weekend.

Mikey Anerton and Tyler Tilson have got off to a great start this year. Anerton has 11 hits in 24 at bats while Tilson has eight in 20 including two doubles and a home run. Sean Finneran, Easton Payton and Alex Scott are all batting above .300 as well.

The first pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the USA Baseball NTC in Cary, N.C.
