BREVARD, N.C. - The William Peace women's basketball team saw its season come to a close Thursday night with a 100-77 loss at Brevard in the USA South Semifinals. The Pacers finish the year 16-11 overall and 12-6 in conference play.
Zikira Henderson led Peace with 18 points, while Alayna Randolph added 17 and Ensley Perry chipped in 11. The Pacers shot 81.5 percent from the free throw line and pulled down 42 rebounds throughout the game.
Though the tournament run ends in the semifinals, Peace closes the year with momentum and a strong foundation. With no seniors on the roster, the Pacers look to build on a 16 win campaign and continue their climb in the USA South.
