RALEIGH, N.C. - The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its 2025-26 Women's Basketball All-Conference awards, and William Peace freshman guard Ensley Perry has been named Rookie of the Year.
Perry becomes the first student-athlete in program history to earn USA South Rookie of the Year honors. The Knoxville, Tennessee native averaged 12.3 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.7 steals per game during the regular season. Against conference competition, Perry elevated her play, averaging 13.0 points and 3.7 rebounds per contest. She earned USA South Rookie of the Week honors six times this season.
Sophomore guard Zikira Henderson was named Second Team All-Conference after leading the Pacers in scoring with 13.6 points per game. Henderson finished the regular season with 353 total points, 149 rebounds, and 92 assists while shooting 78.5 percent from the free throw line. She also contributed 48 steals on the defensive end.
Junior Bre Oliver was selected to the USA South All-Sportsmanship Team. The award recognizes one student-athlete from each institution whose coach believes best exemplifies sportsmanship throughout the season.
All postseason awards are voted on by the women's basketball head coaches from each USA South institution.
Perry's Rookie of the Year honor, combined with Henderson's All-Conference selection and Oliver's sportsmanship recognition, highlights the continued growth and competitiveness of the William Peace women's basketball program.
