BREVARD, N.C. - William Peace men's basketball dropped a road contest at Brevard on Saturday afternoon, falling 68-59. The loss moves the Pacers to 6-10 overall and 0-5 in USA South play.
The game remained competitive throughout, with multiple lead changes in the first half before Brevard took a three-point lead into the break. The Tornados were able to pull away in the second half behind strong perimeter shooting, while the Pacers struggled to find consistency from deep.
Parker Hodgson and Shawn Jones led Peace with 14 points apiece. Sully Caruso added 11 points and eight rebounds, while Chuks Ezeonu chipped in eight points off the bench.
William Peace returns home on Wednesday, January 21, hosting N.C. Wesleyan at 7 p.m. inside the Hermann Athletic Center as USA South play continues.
