Pacers Fall To Roanoke On The Road

SALEM, Va. – Nick Tyler drove in the one run for William Peace in a 9-1 baseball loss to Roanoke at Salem Memorial Stadium on Tuesday.

Tyler singled down the right field line in the sixth inning to score Cole Thompson, who led off with a single up the middle. Thompson was 2-for-2 with two walks and one run scored. The Pacers (2-5 overall) outhit Roanoke 7-5.

The Pacers are back in action Thursday, Feb. 29, at Virginia Wesleyan. The game starts at 2 p.m.
