RALEIGH, NC -- Men's and women's cross country opened the season at the NCWU Classic in Rocky Mount, NC.

On the women's side, Caitlin Bobbitt finished 8th, coming in at under 23 minutes for a 4k race to start out the season strong.

On the men's side, Sharif Blount and Daniel Steele both had impressive finishes, with Blount finishing 4th and Steele finishing 9th.

The Pacers will be back in action on September 8th as they travel to UNC Wilmington.
