HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Quakers would get out to an early 8-2 lead in the first quarter. A layup from Elisha Aull and a jumper from Ninevah Reddick would cut the score to 8-6. A free throw from Kameesha Pascoe would tie it 8-8, but the Quakers would grab a few late points to lead 14-10.
- An early run in the second quarter would give the Quakers a 21-12 lead. A 3-pointer from Brene'a Daye would cut the score to 21-15, but another run would put Guilford up 28-15. They would stay strong through the rest of the half to lead 36-20 at the half.
- A jumper from Myla Barnes would cut the Quakers' lead to 48-24 as the Quakers continued to pressure the Pacers. They would put up a few good stops to lead 59-26 before a free throw from Ninevah Reddick would put the score at 59-27. Daye would add another 3-pointer for a score of 59-30, but a late three from the Quakers would put the score at 62-30.
- A few layups from Pamela Mock and Kameesha Pascoe would cut Guilford's lead to 71-38 early in the final quarter. Mock and Barnes would add a few late points, but the Quakers would go on a final run to win 77-46.
