Erin Rosier joined William Peace University as Head Athletic Trainer in July 2025 and will enter her second year with the Pacers during the 2026-27 academic year. As Head Athletic Trainer, Rosier oversees all athletic training operations and procedures for William Peace Athletics while supervising the department’s assistant athletic trainers and serving as the primary contact for sports medicine coverage across the Pacers’ 18 varsity programs.

During her first year at William Peace, Rosier served as the primary athletic trainer for volleyball, women’s basketball, softball, and men’s tennis while also assisting with coverage for men’s basketball and lacrosse. In 2026-27, she will oversee primary coverage responsibilities for both the men’s and women’s basketball programs, softball, and men’s volleyball.

Rosier joined the Pacers after serving as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Illinois Wesleyan University, where she provided care for multiple programs including women’s basketball, baseball, bowling, and tennis. In addition to her collegiate experience, she worked at Woodward Camp in 2022, providing athletic training and emergency medical services for youth athletes.

She earned a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from Illinois State University after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College. Rosier maintains certifications through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and has held athletic training licenses in multiple states. She is also actively involved with Women Leaders in Sports.
