RALEIGH, N.C. - William Peace University has announced the addition of Morgan Laundrie as an athletic trainer ahead of the 2026-27 academic year.
Laundrie joins the Pacers after completing both her Master of Athletic Training and Bachelor of Exercise Science in Athletic Training at Saint Louis University. During her time at Saint Louis, she gained experience working with the women's soccer and track & field programs while also completing clinical rotations with Clemson football.
"We are excited to welcome Morgan to our staff," Head Athletic Trainer Erin Rosier said. "Throughout the interview process, her passion for athletic training and commitment to the care of student-athletes stood out. With Morgan joining our team, we will now have a staff of four athletic trainers, allowing us to provide even greater support to our student-athletes. She will be a tremendous addition to our department."
During her summer clinical rotation with Clemson football, she supported rehabilitation plans, assisted with physician appointments, managed athletic training room operations and helped provide daily care for student-athletes. She has also served on the medical staff at the 2026 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship First and Second Rounds, the 2026 U.S. Figure Skating Championships/Olympic Trials and the Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament.
At Peace, Laundrie will serve as the primary athletic trainer for the women's volleyball, men's basketball, and women's lacrosse programs.
"I am excited to join the Peace community and begin this new chapter." Laundrie said. "I look forward to supporting our student-athletes while becoming part of such a great team and campus community."
Laundrie will begin her role prior to the start of the 2026-27 academic year, joining a four person athletic training staff dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support for William Peace University's student athletes.
