RALEIGH, N.C. - The William Peace University women's volleyball team has earned the AVCA Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year, marking the seventh consecutive year the Pacers have received the honor.
The recognition is the eighth overall for the program, which was also honored in 2016 before beginning its current streak in 2020.
The AVCA Team Academic Award recognizes collegiate and high school volleyball programs that maintain a year-long team grade-point average of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
William Peace continues its tradition of academic success while transitioning into a new era under head coach Logan Moore, who was named to lead the program in June 2026.
The Pacers' seventh consecutive honor reflects the program's continued commitment to excellence in the classroom alongside competition on the court.
