- The Pacers would shutout the Cougars in the 1st period, with Riely Murray, Devin Noonan, and William English each notching a goal for a 3-0 lead. Averett would get on the board at the start of the 2nd period with a goal from Tyler Duffey. Brewer Warlick would respond, assisted by William Murray, for a 4-1 lead. A goal from Gregory Liebman, assisted by Riely Murray, would increase the lead to 5-1.
