HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights would start off on a run to lead 12-2 early. Layups from Shawn Jones and Timothy Pettiford and a jumper from William Jenkins would cut the SVU lead to 14-9, with a 3-pointer from Michael Dulin bringing the score to 14-12. Dulin would hit another to tie it 17-17, with his jumper putting the Pacers up 23-22. The Knights would make a late push to head into halftime with a 28-27 lead.
- A 3-pointer from Beau Bryant and a few layups from Dulin would give the Pacers an early 39-36 lead in the second half. The Knights would quickly tie it 48-48 before taking a 52-46 lead. Back-to-back 3-pointers from Pettiford and Parton would cut the SVU lead to 58-53. A few free throws from Dulin would put the Pacers within two as they trailed 63-61. The Knights would take advantage of some final shots from the foul line to take a 71-63 win over the Pacers.
