HOW IT HAPPENED

GAME ONE

The Pacers were quick to answer in the bottom of the second as Jackson May would bring home Logan Barbour after Barbour's triple put him in scoring position (1-1). Barbour would then bring home Tate Proctor with a double, while Jake Norris's single would score Barbour to give WPU a (3-1) lead. Hunter Ward would tally an RBI as his double would score Tyshawn Barrett for a (4-1) advantage. Sam Peddycord was vital for the Pacers at the mound as he pitched 5.2 innings, only allowing 1 run and notching 4 strikeouts. WPU would close out the game in the bottom of the sixth, with Nathan Holt scoring Alec Seaton (5-1) before stealing home himself (6-1). Tate Proctor would score Tyshawn Barrett  with a triple (7-1) before Hunter Ward sealed the game with a 2 RBI homerun to bring home himself and Tate Proctor (9-1).

GAME TWO
Game two started out as a battle between pitchers Austin Skipper and Ben Melton as neither team was able to get on the scoresheet until the bottom of the second when Logan Barbour's sacrifice fly would score Tate Proctor (1-0). Brevard would get the bases loaded in the top of the 3rd, but a putout from shortstop Hunter Ward to second baseman Kyle Lowke would get the Pacers out of dangerous situation still leading (1-0). Nathan Holt's sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 5th would bring home Jake Norris to increase the Pacer lead to (2-0), with Cameron England scoring in the bottom of the sixth (3-0). A single by Jake Norris would score both Hunter Burwell and Logan Barbour to close out the bottom of the sixth (5-0).
