The Quakers would start the game with a 14-0 run to gain an early comfortable lead.

Amiee Hockaday would score the first two points for the Pacers followed by two free throws from Deja Umstead to cut the Quaker's lead to 10.

The Pacers offense would not be able to get things going in the first quarter as Guilford held them to 4 points in the quarter.

The second quarter would bring much of the same as the Quakers would again hold the Pacers to single digit points. Deja Umstead would score 5 of the 8 points in the second quarter. After an early 3-pointer from Umstead the Quakers would finish the second quarter on a 8 to 2 run.

The Quakers led 33-12 at the half.

The Quakers would start the third quarter on an 11-0 run giving them a 32 point lead.

Missed baskets would plague the Pacers as they would only score eight points in the third quarter.

The Pacers would get a little bit of momentum running and would go on a 7-0 run in the beginning of the fourth quarter to cut the Quakers lead to 27.

Unfortunately that would be followed by another 11-0 run by the Quakers to give them the 65-29 lead.

The William Peace Women's Basketball team is back in action on Wednesday , February 13 in the first round of the USA South Conference Tournament. The Pacers will matchup against crosstown rival  Meredith College. The Pacers and the Avenging Angels split the two games in the regular season. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00pm in the Hermann Athletic Center.
