GAME ONE
Late Inning Rally Comes Up Just Short
In the first game of the double header the Pacers got off to a slow start. Pfeiffer scored 8 unanswered runs in the first four innings of the game. In the top of the 6th the Pacers answered with four runs of their own. Mikey Anerton scored on a wild pitch. Easton Payton then came up to bat with the bases loaded and hit a double scoring Torres, Alec Allred, and Jake Norris. In the 8th inning a Justin Torres single scored Norris, followed by a sac fly by Nathan Holt which scored Alec Allred. Tyler Tilson continued the rally with a double to center tho score Will Dalton. The Pacer five-run rally was not enough to overcome the early deficit as they came up just short in a 13-10 thriller.
