Danielle O'Leary joined the Pacers in June of 2022 as the Assistant Athletic Director and was promoted to Associate Athletic Director in July 2023. In her position, O'Leary oversees NCAA and Title IX compliance, facilities, as well as scheduling and game contracts.
O'Leary previously served as the Senior Woman Administrator, SAAC Advisor, and the inaugural Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Mount Aloysius College beginning in 2018. Prior to her time at Mount Aloysius, she worked at Hollins University as the Senior Woman Administrator and Head Women's Lacrosse Coach from 2013-2018.
O'Leary received a M.S. in Physical Education from Ithaca College in 2011 and a B.A. in Physical Education from New England College in 2010. At New England College, Danielle was a member of the women's ice hockey and women's lacrosse teams, and was named Female Student Athlete of the Year in 2010.
She is a Program Facilitator for NCAA Division III LGBTQ OneTeam and currently serves on the NCAA Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee. In 2016 and 2022, O'Leary served as a site representative for the NCAA DIII Women's Lacrosse Championship. Danielle is an active member of Women Leaders in Sports and co-facilitates the LGBTQ member circle.
