Lauren Conway

Lauren Conway enters her fifth season on the William Peace softball coaching staff and her third season as Head Softball Coach in 2027 after being elevated to the position in May 2024.

Conway previously served as an Assistant Softball Coach for the Pacers during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, where she worked primarily with the catchers under legendary head coach Charlie Dobbins following his retirement after a 25 year coaching career.

In her first season as head coach in 2025, Conway guided the Pacers to multiple all conference honors, including one First Team All Conference selections and one Second Team All Conference honoree.

During the 2026 season, Conway led William Peace to two victories over NFCA Top 25 opponents while coaching another Second Team All Conference selection.

A William Peace graduate, Conway was a standout catcher for the Pacers from 2018 to 2022 before entering the coaching profession. She earned USA South Second Team All East Division honors in both 2021 and 2022 while ranking third in the conference in batting average (.444) during the 2022 season.
