Carly Vadinsky

Carly Vadinsky was promoted to Director of Athletic Communications at William Peace University in January 2025 after serving as the Athletic Communications Assistant throughout 2024. She will enter her second year in the director role in the fall of 2025.

During her time with the Pacers, Vadinsky played a key role in documenting the historic 2024 men's soccer season, covering the team’s USA South Conference Championship victory and its first-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament. She also launched a new internship program in the spring of 2025 within the athletic communications department, providing students hands-on experience in sports media and operations.

Vadinsky specializes in creative media content, focusing on sports photography and videography. Her experience as a freelance visual storyteller equips her with a unique and creative lens for highlighting programs across digital platforms.

A native of Hillsborough, New Jersey, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2020. At Ramapo, she was a four-year member and two-year captain of the softball team. She was a part of the 2017 team that won the regular season conference title and captured an NCAA Regional Championship, finishing just two wins shy of the NCAA Division III Women's College World Series. The team returned to the NCAA Tournament again in 2018. Vadinsky’s experience as a member of a championship program continues to influence her approach to leadership, collaboration, and high-performance culture within athletic communications.
