Chaz Goodman will enter his third season as an Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach at William Peace University during the 2026-27 academic year.

Goodman assists with multiple aspects of the Pacers’ men’s lacrosse program, including recruiting, scouting, player development, and offensive instruction while working primarily with the team’s attack unit. Since joining the staff, he has helped guide the continued growth of the program during one of the most successful stretches in school history.

Prior to arriving at William Peace, Goodman gained coaching experience with Sidewinders Lacrosse, where he has served as an assistant coach since 2021.

Goodman played collegiately at University of Mount Olive, where he developed into one of the program’s top offensive contributors. During his collegiate career, Goodman appeared in 61 games and totaled 67 goals and 89 assists for 156 career points. He finished his career with 66 ground balls and 28 caused turnovers while ranking among the program’s top offensive playmakers.

In his final collegiate season in 2024, Goodman posted career highs with 24 goals, 40 assists, and 64 points while helping lead Mount Olive’s offense at the NCAA Division II level.
