Milligan joined the Pacers in the summer of 2020 as the Assistant Cross Country & Track and Field Coach.
Milligan graduated with a B.S. in Sports Management from St. John Fisher College in 2018 before pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University Kansas. While at St. John Fisher, he competed on their Cross Country and Track teams, earning numerous accolades such as being named NCAA Division III All Region, a two-time Empire 8 Conference Champion, and holding several school records such as the 8,000 meter cross country and indoor 3,000m.
Prior to joining the Pacers, Milligan held several internships within athletics, including marketing positions at the University of Buffalo and YellowJacket Racing. Milligan was also a Graduate Assistant Coach for Cross Country and Track (Distance) while at Ottawa Kansas University, where he helped coach three men to the NAIA National Championships. Additionally, the men placed 3rd at the KCAC Cross Country Championships.
