Previous Coaching Experience
  • Duty was previously an associate scout with the Baltimore Orioles before joining the Pacers.
  • Duty also had four years of coaching experience from East Wake High School in Wendell, NC.
  • He also currently serves as the Sports Venue Coordinator at the USA Baseball National Training Complex, which is owned and operated by the Town of Cary. In his role in running the complex, Duty has served as the co-tournament director for the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship as well as overseeing two other four-field athletic complexes for the Town of Cary, for which he is responsible for all day-to-day operations.

  • A native of North Carolina, Duty earned a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University in 2001. He lives in Clayton, NC with his wife Kate, twin boys Carter & Davis, and daughter Spencer Kate.
