The William Peace University Athletic Training staff provides preventative treatment, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation services for Pacer student-athletes. Our certified athletic trainers work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure each student-athlete's medical needs are addressed with the highest level of care.
The mission of the Peace Athletic Training staff is to provide the best preventative treatment, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries to our student-athletes. We collaborate with our team of certified athletic trainers as well as physicians to ensure each student-athlete's needs are met to the best of our abilities.
Our Sports Medicine team is comprised of four NATABOC-certified athletic trainers and an orthopedic physician who are responsible for the medical care and safety of William Peace University student-athletes.
Peace athletic trainers are dedicated to the advancement and knowledge of sports medicine through current equipment, evaluation and rehabilitation techniques and services. Our philosophy is to advocate for the patient and ensure their needs are considered first.
Our staff is committed to providing medical care in accordance with the NCAA, the National Board of Athletic Trainers and the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Licensure.
