FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - William Peace dropped a pair of matches on Friday at Methodist University, falling to Johnson and Wales and Methodist to move to 0-8 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
In the first match against Johnson and Wales, the Pacers battled in singles play with Carlos Correa, Benjamin Cuddington, and Angel Araiza each picking up multiple games in their matches despite the 7-0 result.
In the second match against Methodist, Peace continued to compete against a strong conference opponent, with Michael Zang earning a game in singles play while the Monarchs secured the team victory.
Peace will return home on April 11 for Senior Day, celebrating lone senior Angel Araiza.
