OCEAN ISLE BEACH, N.C. - The William Peace men's golf team competed at the Pfeiffer Spring Invitational held March 2-3 in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. The two round tournament was played across Lion's Paw and Panther's Run and featured 10 teams and 56 golfers.

William Peace finished 10th overall with a two round total of 684. The Pacers posted rounds of 339 and 345 during the event.

Finn Howard led the Pacers with a strong second round, finishing tied for 26th with a total score of 158 after rounds of 82 and 76. Lucas Bailey placed 44th with rounds of 85 and 85 for a total of 170. Dylan Martin finished 48th with a two round score of 173, while Smith Jolly rounded out the lineup in 52nd with a score of 183.

Belmont Abbey B claimed the team title with a score of 595.

The Pacers will compete at the Wildcat Invitational at Eagle Chase Golf Club in Marshville, N.C. next week March 8-10 hosted by Johnson and Wales.
