MISENHEIMER, NC – William Peace men's lacrosse dropped a road contest to conference-leading Pfeiffer on Saturday afternoon, falling 27-6 at Lefko-Mills Field.
The Falcons came out firing, scoring 11 goals in the opening quarter to build a commanding lead. Despite the early deficit, the Pacers continued to battle, getting on the board with a man-up goal from Jamar Bell, assisted by Brandon Goad.
Bell finished with two goals to lead the Pacers, while Goad added two goals and one assist. Chase Petty contributed one goal and one assist, and Zach Fields also found the back of the net for WPU.
With the loss, William Peace falls to 4-7 on the season and 2-5 in USA South play. The Pacers will look to regroup as they round out conference play vs. LaGrange next week on April 18th.
