KEY POINTS
Game One
- Meredith would take an early 1-0 lead in the first with a single to left field. A few big hits for them in the 3rdf would increase the lead to 4-0.
- Angelina Jones would get the Pacers on the board with a double in the 5th, cutting the score to 4-1.
- The Pacers would be unable to rally any further as Meredith would add another run on a SAC bunt in the 6th to take a 5-1 win over the Pacers.
Game Two
- In the third, Angelina Jones would get the Pacers up 1-0 as she would drive in Claire Yancey.
- Meredith would rally in the bottom of the inning with a single and a double to lead 3-1. They would add three more runs in the 5th and the 6th for a 6-1 lead after a few big hits.
- The Pacers would rally in the 7th, scoring on a wild pitch and an error, but would be unable to complete the rally and would fall 6-3.
