HOW IT HAPPENED
The Pacers would get on the board just twelve minutes in to the first half, with a goal from
Raine Greene, assisted by
Rachel Alford.
Makenzie Jones would make several key saves in net to keep the Panthers off the board, while Ferrum goalie Ali Austin would make a PK save on
Gabrielle Jones late in the first half to send the game into halftime with a score of 1-0.
Raine Greene would increase the Pacer lead to 2-0 early in the second half as she put several shots on net. Nine minutes later,
Gabrielle Jones would find
Shaelyn Webb to put the Pacers up 3-0.
Makenzie Jones would continue to shut down the Panthers, give the Pacers a 3-0 win.
