HOW IT HAPPENED
The first half would be a back-and-forth battle, with neither team able to find the final ball. Both goalkeepers would be tested early, with the momentum swinging between both teams. The best chance of the first half for the Pacers would come off of a service from the left side from Haley Hinton that would find its way to Rachel Alford, who would take a touch and would get one-on-one with the goalie on the far post, but Falcon goalkeeper Madison Riddle would make a great save. Abigail Mosteller would make a few key saves in the first half to keep the game scoreless.

The Pacers would get on the board early in the second half as the Falcons would try to play out of the back, but Kyra Delaney would cut off the pass, with the ball falling to Raine Greene. Greene would take a couple of touches and fire off a great strike as she chipped the goalie from 25 yards out to put the Pacers ahead 1-0. The Falcons would respond at 72:52, after Abigail Mosteller punched away a Falcons free kick which would fall to Chloe Johnson at the 18. She would get a shot off with her second touch through traffic inside the 18 as she tucked it away far post to level the score 1-1.

Neither team would get much going in the first overtime, leaving the score 1-1 to force a second overtime. Three minutes in to the second overtime, Kyra Delaney would win a free kick for the Pacers at about 20 yards out. Raine Greene would put the shot on frame and would hit off the crossbar as Gabrielle Jones would crash the net to put in the rebound and give the Pacers the 2-1 win.
