Women's Basketball To Host Crosstown Rival Meredith In Game One Of Series

Raleigh, NC -- William Peace University women's basketball will host crosstown rival Meredith College on Friday, February 5th at 7:30PM. The Pacers (3-3, 3-3) are coming off of a 1-1 series split with Mary Baldwin University, while the Avenging Angels are currently undefeated (4-0,4-0) in conference play. The Pacers will then face Meredith on the road on Sunday the 7th at 2 PM

The Pacers are 8-9 historically against the Avenging Angels, having won the last 3 matchups. Sydney Austin tallied 13 points and 8 rebounds in the February 4th, 2020 win, while Jaymesha Sanders added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the January 5th, 2020 win.
