Raleigh, NC -- The William Peace University women's soccer team will open their regular season against St. Andrews University on August 31st in Laurinburg, NC. This will be the first match-up between these two teams.

The Pacers are entering year number two under head coach Reid Clewis. Coach Clewis will welcome 14 newcomers to help build on their 2018 season. William Peace will look to experienced returners Haley Hinton, Jessika Schutte to lead the young Pacer lineup.

The Pacers went 2-10-1 in the 2018 season. Sophomore Grace Marion who led the team with 6 goals and one assist.  The Knights finished the 2018 season with a 1-12 record 

Kickoff against the Knights will begin at 2:45 p.m
