Johnson Earns First Singles Win As Pacers Fall to Quakers

Box Score GREENSBORO, NC -- The William Peace University women's tennis team fell to the Quakers of Guilford College on Sunday, March 17. Julia Johnson earned her first victory of the season in the #6 singles spot with a 6-2, 6-4 victory. Sophia Church made a close run against #1 singles opponent, Makayla McLaurin. Church took McLaurin to a back-and-forth second set, where McLaurin would eventually win, 7-6.
