HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams got off to a slow start, but with shots from behind the arc by Mikal Gaylord and John Burwell put the Pacers up (8-6). The Pacers extended their lead by going on a (10-2) scoring run to leave the Pacers with the first significant lead of the game (16-8).
- The Mountaineers would battle back and cut the Pacer lead to just one (23-22). The Pacers responded by going on an (8-5) scoring run. The Pacers would hold off the Berea Mountaineers (46-38) for the remainder of the half. Trey Bryant contributed defensively for the Pacers by posting 5 rebounds and Tyson Sellers lead the Pacers with 14 points.Â
- The Mountaineers cut the Pacer lead to 4, but WPU responded by going on a (12-3) scoring run early in the second half. The Pacers continued their offensive push with a shot from behind the arc by Camden Ferguson which extended the lead to 14 for the Pacers (60-46).Â
- The Pacers continued to outplay the Berea Mountaineers by extending the lead to 22 (72-50) with a 3-pointer by freshman Beau Bryant. The Mountaineers had no response for the Pacers, and the Pacers would win the game (92-70).Â

- Isaac Caudill lead the Mountaineers with 8 rebounds and 17 points.
- Kevion Hudson tallied 14 points for Berea.

- The Pacers shot 33.3% from behind the arc compared to Berea's 31.3%.
- The Mountaineers shot 45.5% from the field to WPU's 44.6%.
