Women's Soccer Game Against Methodist Cancelled Due to Inclement Weather

FAYETTEVILLE, NC -- The William Peace University women's soccer game against Methodist University was cut short after 26 minutes of action, due to lightning and inclement weather in the area. This game was a make-up game scheduled for earlier last week. This game would not be marked as conference as the teams were scheduled to face each other twice this season. The Pacers will face the Monarchs next week for their scheduled conference game.

The Pacers' next contest will be against the Pride of Greensboro College on Saturday, September 29 at 5:00 p.m. The game will take place in Greensboro, NC and will be the second conference game of the season for WPU. The Greensboro women's soccer team is undefeated thus far and Saturday's game will be their first USA South Conference match-up of the season. Tune in with live stats!
