RALEIGH, N.C. -- The William Peace volleyball team is set for their season opener scheduled for Tuesday, September 11 at 7:00 p.m. in Hermann Gym. The Pacers will open their home schedule against former USA South opponent, Ferrum College.

The Panthers will be entering the match with a 4-3 record after breaking their losing streak with a win against Mary Baldwin University on Saturday at the 2018 Maroon Classic. The Pacers defeated the Panthers twice in the 2017 season with each game being a 3-0 sweep.

The Pacers enter the match on a four-game winning streak after sweeping the competition at the Brevard College Tornado Challenge and winning their last game of the Averett University Cougar Classic.
