Women's tennis Falls to Wasps

EMORY, VA -- The William Peace University women's tennis team were defeated by the Wasps of Emory and Henry on Friday afternoon as the Wasps swept the Pacers 9-0.

Manessah Fox and Mackenzie Braden inched towards the Wasps securing three points in their doubles match but were defeated by the strong one spot duo, Kaiti Sheaves and Katie Meade.

The Pacers face a quick turn around as they face conference opponent, Ferrum College, on Saturday, March 10 at 12PM on the Ragland Tennis Courts. The Panthers are (0-4) on the season thus far and recently fell to Southern Virginia University, 9-0.
