RALEIGH, N.C. -- The William Peace University men's basketball team will hit the road February 7 to take on USA South conference opponent, Ferrum College. The Pacers travel to Virginia after a tough home loss to Covenant College by a score of 86-63. The mid-week game will start at 7:30 p.m.

The Ferrum Panthers have momentum coming into Wednesday's matchup having beaten Huntington at home by a score of 75-57. Ferrum has an overall record of (5-14) and (3-8) in the USA South conference. On December 16, the Pacers beat the Panthers (83-80) at home. Both teams are in need of a big conference win with the season winding down.

The William Peace University men's basketball team is coming off a tough loss to Covenant College. The Pacers were led by Mikal Gaylord who brought in 14 points on the night.
