Men's Soccer Prepare for Quakers

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Pacers are hitting the road again, this time for a non-conference match on Wednesday, September 20 at 5 p.m. The Pacers will be traveling to Greensboro, North Carolina to take on the Guilford College Quakers. The Quakers are (0-8) on their season thus far heading into the Wednesday night contest.

The Pacers are sitting strong right now, after having a successful weekend, despite the hot conditions in Alabama and Georgia. The Pacers began the weekend with a 3-1 victory over Huntington College, and solidified their weekend with a 0-0 draw facing Lagrange College. The Pacers currently stand with 4 points in conference competition, and will be looking to add another win to their (4-2-1) record.

Senior, Chris Deleon, currently leads the team in goals (5) and is one goal shy of being the WPU men's soccer all-time leading scorer. Freshman, Zach Cantaffa notched his first goals of his career in the Pacers' game against Huntingdon, while Isaac Kruger tallied his fourth goal of the season against the Hawks.

Keep up with the Pacers at Guilford with live stats and live video.
