RALEIGH, N.C. -- The William Peace University volleyball team heads to the Maryville Tournament this Friday and Saturday, September 15th and 16th in Knoxville, TN. The Pacers currently stand (2-6) on the season after going (1-4) in the Catholic University of America Tournament. This marks the third tournament of the season for the Pacers.

The Maryville Tournament will match the Pacers against College of Mount St. Joseph on Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. The Lions are (6-2) coming into the tournament, with sophomore, Karlie Schell leading the team with 86 digs. For the Pacers, Senior, Carson Williams continues to lead the team with 110 digs, while Senior Liana Solomon tops the team with 51 kills.

The Pacers will continue their tournament play on Saturday with games against Maryville College (2-5) at 11 a.m. and Covenant College (3-4) at 1 p.m.
