RALEIGH, N.C. -- The William Peace University men's and women's tennis teams will face Greensboro College Thursday, March 9 in their first conference match of the season. The contest will be held at WPU at the Ragland Courts. The first serve will be at 12:00 p.m.
The women's competition will be an exhibition match. The WPU women's team is currently (0-4) this season and will be looking to capture their first win before beginning their conference play against Mary Baldwin College on March 18. The Greensboro Pride women's team will also be hoping to land their first win Thursday, as they enter the day (0-5).
Men's tennis is coming off of a win against Geneva College, entering conference play (1-2) overall. Greensboro's men's team (0-4) will be ready to shake things up as they are looking to gain their first win of the season.
