RALEIGH, N.C. -- The William Peace University women's tennis team fell to Ferrum College 6-3, but not without a fight. The Pacers found leadership in Alex Young and Manessah Fox who both won their singles matches. Alex Young and Deja Gainey also won their doubles match in a thrilling battle that finished with the Pacers winning 8-6. The Pacers are now (1-5) overall and (1-1) in conference play.
