The WPU volleyball team hits the road to take on rival Meredith College.The Pacers will play at Weatherspoon Gymnasium on Wednesday, Oct. 4th, at 7:00 p.m. The Pacers are currently (4-1) in the conference and (8-10) overall. The Pacers are entering the Raleigh match-up after defeating Pfeiffer in a (3-0) sweep on Sunday afternoon.
Two fighting Pacers were rewarded by USA South Player of the Week picks. Senior,
Liana Solomon, received USA South Player of the Week. While senior,
Carson Williams, received Defensive Player of the Week.
The Avenging Angels are currently (4-1) in the conference and (6-9) overall. The Angels are coming off of a victory over Salem College won in three sets.
