Box Score Volleyball Wins Three Straight Sets for Comeback Victory Over Methodist.
The William Peace University volleyball team traveled to Methodist University on Wednesday night for their final conference match up of the season.
William Peace took a hard fought loss in the first set with a final score of 25-21, only having 12 kills. After the first set, the Pacers powered through and won three sets in a row to bring home a victory.
The Pacers had 60 kills on the night with 4 players in double digits lead by Senior
Laura Bland with 16 kills, followed by Freshmen
Mya Parks and Senior
Lindsay Alford with 11. Freshman
Lenorria Holmes also brought in 10 kills to this impressive victory for the Pacers. Senior
Liana Solomon had another high assist night while assisting on 47 out of the 60 kills.
The Pacers improve to 21-7 on the year and will conclude their regular season play this Saturday in a tri-match where they face Bridgewater College at 11:00 am and Bob Jones University at 3:00 pm. Go Pacers!
