Carly Vadinsky Headshot 2025

Carly Vadinsky

Carly Vadinsky was promoted to Director of Athletic Communications at William Peace University in January 2025 after serving as the Athletic Communications Assistant throughout 2024. She will enter her third year leading the Pacers’ athletic communications department in the fall of 2026.

Vadinsky oversees communications coverage for all 18 varsity sports at William Peace University. Her responsibilities include managing live statistics, livestream coordination, website administration, creative content production, social media, photography, graphic design, feature writing, media day production, game operations, and student-athlete award nominations. Throughout her time with the Pacers, she has helped elevate the department’s digital presence across multiple platforms while overseeing communications coverage for hundreds of athletic contests and major departmental initiatives, including the annual Derby’s awards ceremony and William Peace Athletics’ Day of Giving campaign efforts.

Since stepping into the director role, Vadinsky has helped document one of the most successful stretches in William Peace athletics history, including the program’s first USA South Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in men’s soccer during the 2024 season. Throughout the 2025–26 athletic year, she oversaw communications coverage for hundreds of athletic contests while producing digital content, organizing media days, managing game day operations, and directing social and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Vadinsky launched the William Peace Athletic Communications Internship Program in the spring of 2025, creating hands-on opportunities for students interested in sports media, broadcasting, photography, statistics, creative content, and game day operations.

A two-year member of College Sports Communicators (CSC), Vadinsky remains actively involved in professional development and industry networking within collegiate athletics communications.

A native of Hillsborough, New Jersey, Vadinsky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2020. At Ramapo, she was a four-year member and two-year captain of the softball team. She was part of the 2017 team that captured both the regular season conference championship and an NCAA Regional Championship, finishing two wins shy of the NCAA Division III Women’s College World Series. The Roadrunners returned to the NCAA Tournament again in 2018. Her experience as a student-athlete on a nationally competitive program continues to shape her approach to leadership, collaboration, creativity, and storytelling within collegiate athletics.
