RALEIGH, N.C - William Peace University Athletics is proud to announce the hiring of Erin Rosier as the new Head Athletic Trainer, effective July 1st, 2025. 

Rosier joins the Pacers with a strong background in athletic training, having most recently served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Illinois Wesleyan University. There, she was responsible for the care of multiple teams including women's basketball, baseball, bowling, and tennis. 

"Could not be more excited to have Erin join us!" Athletic Director Claude Shields commented. "It was readily apparent in our first phone call that she is a perfect fit for us at Peace. She has a tremendous pedigree and it is clear that she is committed to providing first-class care for her student-athletes. Peace got better today!"

She holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from Illinois State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Springfield College. In addition to her collegiate experience, Rosier also worked at Woodward Camp in 2022 where she provided athletic training and emergency services for young athletes.

Throughout her career, Rosier has maintained certifications with the National Athletic Trainers' Association and holds licenses in multiple states. She is also actively involved in professional organizations such as Women Leaders in College Sports.

Rosier will oversee all athletic training protocols and procedures and serve as the primary contact for all sports.
