Cameron Davis enters her second season as Head Cross Country Coach at William Peace University in 2026 after leading the Pacers through the 2025 campaign. During her first season, the Pacers competed in five meets throughout the fall season, including the USA South Championships hosted by Pfeiffer University.

Freshman Benjamin Castro recorded a 12th place finish at the Methodist Downback Invitational, while Charles Pennell led the men’s team at the conference championship with a 26th place finish. The Pacers also competed at the Pfeiffer Invitational, Ben Snelling Cancer Classic, and South Region Showdown before concluding the season at the USA South Championships.

A native of Ayden, North Carolina, Davis brings strong leadership, organization, and student-athlete mentorship experience to the program. Prior to joining the William Peace coaching staff, Davis served as a graduate assistant softball coach at Columbus State University while earning her Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Leadership Development. She previously competed collegiately at Shepherd University, where she earned multiple all-region and all-conference honors during her playing career.
